999gt Terms and Conditions – Platform Wagering Terms of Use

1 Definitions & Scope

"999gt", "we", "Platform" refer to 999gt and all services offered under the domain https://999gt.bet. "Member", "you", "user" refer to any individual who registers and uses the services of this platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by 999gt, including sports betting, online casino, Bingo games, slots, mobile app, and all related platform features. This document should be read together with our separately published Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Bahasa Melayu version and any other translated version of this document, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

To use 999gt services, you are required to register a valid personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

• Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) account only. Registering more than one account by the same individual is prohibited and will result in all such accounts being closed.
• The name registered must match the name on your official identification document (MyKad or passport).
• A registered account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another party.
• You are responsible for ensuring your account information is always up to date. Any changes to your name, phone number, or email must be reported to the 999gt support team promptly.

3 User Eligibility

999gt services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from a region that does not restrict access to online betting platforms.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion list or betting prohibition issued by any relevant authority.
• Not an employee, agent, partner, or immediate family member of a 999gt staff member directly involved in platform operations.

999gt reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a member is found not to meet the eligibility requirements, their account will be closed immediately and any pending wins may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Game Rules

All games offered at 999gt are operated in accordance with industry-standard rules. Members are required to understand the rules of each game before playing. Lack of familiarity with the rules cannot be used as grounds to claim back lost funds.

• All game outcomes generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical error or system failure during gameplay, 999gt reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the member.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled by the member except in cases of technical error verified by 999gt.
• For live sports betting, wagers placed after an event has ended will be automatically voided even if the odds display still appears active due to a system delay.
• Wins resulting from bugs, software errors, or deliberately exploited system vulnerabilities will be voided in full.

7 Account Security

Account security is a shared responsibility between you and 999gt. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect member accounts.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including your own family members.

• Please use a strong, unique password for your 999gt account and change it regularly.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately and change your password.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999gt platform and may result in immediate account closure, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or someone else's.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or manipulate the system.
• Colluding with other members to cheat or manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Abusing the bonus system through deliberate bonus hunting or bonus abuse tactics.
• Threatening, harassing, or defaming the support team or other members on the platform.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

9 Account Closure

Closure by Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting the 999gt support team. Before closure, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Closure by 999gt: 999gt reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Identity verification failed or false information detected.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• Account inactivity for a specified period (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months).

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, 999gt reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account.

10 Liability Limits
